.Movement. Mindset .Connection.

Empowering neurodiverse and at-risk tamariki and rangatahi to thrive — not just survive.

Hauora mō ngā Tāngata Katoa Charitable Trust delivers culturally grounded programmes that combine the strength of Te Whare Tapa Whā with SHOT – Sustainable Habits Over Time, an evidence-based habit change framework.

We use movement as the entry point, reflection as the anchor, and habit science as the bridge to long-term transformation.

Our Story

Hauora mō ngā Tāngata Katoa is a kaupapa Māori charitable trust based in South Auckland. We exist to create spaces where tamariki and rangatahi who are neurodiverse, at risk of disengagement, or needing positive guidance can grow in confidence, emotional strength, and connection to culture and community.
